Sustainability Culture Diagnostic
An online sustainability assessment which identifies the perception between where you are and where you want to be.
A series of personal and group interviews, across the organisation that allow us to understand and assimilate the critical aspects of the workplace culture and attitude toward sustainable issues. Here we focus our attention on aspects such as:
- Understanding perceptions of the issues;
- Relationship to regulations, policies and procedures;
- Appreciation of leadership’s commitment to sustainability;
- Perception of company values and ethics;
- Quality of the relationships between people;
- Workplace general mood and ambience.
Cultural Sustainability Assessment Survey
This is a unique online survey that provides a powerful insight for leaders into the culture in their organisation.
The overall purpose of this tool is to allow any organisation to identify what the culture is with regard to issues of environmental sustainability and social justice. As legislation changes and the focus on sustainability issues become more and more tied to business results and employee satisfaction, this survey can help you to find out where you are and map where you want to get to.
Sustainability Leadership Coaching
A select group of influential leaders will be supported by a Great Performance Group consultant on an individual basis throughout the engagement.
Our coaching methodology combines 1 to 1 coaching meetings or phone conversations that aim to check on progress, deal with specific new issues and support the clients in the delivery of the outcomes that are critical to the overall success of the engagement.
Training Sustainability Leadership Teams
A Team whose goal is to lead the engagement process and foster the cultural change. It involves formal and informal leaders of the organisation that work closely with G&G’s consultant in promoting, demonstrating and implementing the key behaviours that will reinforce the new Sustainability Culture. The SLT becomes a resource to coordinate and expand the work beyond the desk of the CSR and HSSE managers. As a matter of fact, when trying to implement a new culture there are many factors that need strong support to overcome such as:
The Sustainability Leadership Development Workshop
Sustainability Awareness Training: A workshop designed to gain internal partners for energy consciousness and corporate sustainability initiatives. In this one day workshop, employees examine their relationship to sustainable issues and leave with an awareness and commitment to taking on behaviour shifting initiatives.
Sustainability Leadership Development: A series of workshops designed to impact Leaderships ability to invent and fulfill strategic initiatives. This workshop stands alone or builds on the Awareness training day. In this workshop, people shift their relationship from being something that they 'must' do to something they embrace and want to take action to support.
