Training Sustainability Leadership Teams

A Team whose goal is to lead the engagement process and foster the cultural change. It involves formal and informal leaders of the organisation that work closely with G&G’s consultant in promoting, demonstrating and implementing the key behaviours that will reinforce the new Sustainability Culture. The SLT becomes a resource to coordinate and expand the work beyond the desk of the CSR and HSSE managers. As a matter of fact, when trying to implement a new culture there are many factors that need strong support to overcome such as:

 

  • Resistance to change;
  • Mistrust or disbelief;
  • Difficult individuals;
  • Conflicting internal agendas;
  • The walk not following the talk;
  • Lack of support from the wider stakeholder community;
  • Lack of coordinated strategy.
